We are honest about what a first meeting is here. In medical, it starts a qualification process, not a next-month order.
What we put in front of you is access to the person who decides — which in this careful, heavily-regulated market is the hard part. The US is the largest medical device market in the world, with US device exports alone topping $103 billion in 2023 (International Trade Administration). The buyers are there. Reaching them is the wall we take down.
Who your US buyers actually are.
The people who decide are nameable, and on LinkedIn by title. We reach them one at a time.
Distributor category managers
At McKesson, Cardinal Health, Cencora, Henry Schein, Patterson — many running private-label lines you could supply.
GPO contracting directors
Vizient, Premier, HealthTrust — negotiating for hundreds of thousands of hospital beds at once.
Device-maker procurement
Procurement and supplier-quality teams sourcing components and consumables behind their own clearance.
The group purchasing organisations alone negotiate on behalf of an enormous share of US hospital beds (Definitive Healthcare, 2024) — which is why one contracting conversation can matter more here than a hundred cold enquiries.
Your quality, and the paperwork that decides everything.
In this market the regulatory file is half the sale, and knowing it is where we earn our place. Before a US buyer can take you on, they look for FDA 510(k) clearance where it applies, an ISO 13485 quality system (which US law formally adopts from February 2026), FDA establishment registration with a US Agent and a device listing, UDI on your labels, and often an MDSAP audit (FDA).
Where you already hold these, we lead with them as your edge. Where you don’t, we are honest with the buyer about where you are — and we point you first at the doors that open faster.
New doors. Fully managed. You just show up.
Reaching US medical buyers directly is three jobs at once: living where they are every US working day, writing the short English message that earns a reply, and keeping it up for weeks while you run a factory. That is a full-time role, and a hard one to hire for. We open new doors, and only new doors, so we never cross the relationships your team already has.
We find the right buyers
And reach each one as a real person, one at a time.
We stay with them
Until they are ready to talk — no blast, no drop-off.
Fully managed
Your only job is to show up to the meeting.
More than 8 in 10 buyers say they will take a meeting with a seller who reaches out at the right time (RAIN Group). The buyers were always willing. The reaching was the wall.
See how it worksWhy makers like you choose us.
Plenty of companies will send outreach for you. Most are built for domestic sales teams, or run from a script by offshore reps, or blast the same message to thousands of people at once. Those have their place, but they are not this. We do outreach for exporters, one buyer at a time, through real people — the kind of message a US buyer actually replies to. And your name in the market is handled with care, because your reputation is the whole point.
Common questions.
How fast will this turn into orders?
Slower than most markets, and we won’t pretend otherwise. A first meeting here starts a qualification cycle that can run several months to a couple of years, depending on the device and the buyer. What we do is get you to the right person and into that pipeline — the part that usually never happens on its own.
What if we don’t have FDA clearance yet?
We steer you first at the buyers who don’t need you to hold it — private-label, own-brand and OEM-component supply, where the buyer carries the clearance. And we position where you are honestly.
We don’t have anyone who speaks English or knows export.
That is exactly what we are. You take the meetings; we run everything up to them, in the English and tone US buyers expect.
We tried a website, or Alibaba, and nothing came of it.
Those are passive. You list, then wait to be found. This is the opposite: we go to the buyer directly.
