Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it. Written to be read, not to be survived.
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can build your Buyer Map or set up your call. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and you can have it deleted by asking us through the contact form.
Who we are
ReachIn operates https://reachinhq.com. For anything in this policy, reach us through the contact form.
ReachIn is operated by Ninepeak Private Limited.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit one of our forms we receive only the fields on that form:
- Buyer Map request: your company website, the buyers you would like to land, your ideal buyer types, target roles, target markets, and your work email.
- Book a call: your name, work email, company website, preferred time to talk, and anything you tell us you want to cover.
- LinkedIn Optimisers: the LinkedIn URL you send us, a short description of what you make, and your work email.
We ask for work email addresses and company details. Please do not send us special category personal data — we have no use for it and no reason to hold it.
Information collected automatically
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and collects no personal data: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no persistent identifiers, and nothing sold or shared. It reports page views, approximate country, and page speed, in aggregate only — it cannot identify you or link one visit to another. Our host also records standard server logs for security, as any web server does.
Why we can use it (lawful basis)
- To do what you asked — building the Buyer Map you requested or arranging the call you booked. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
- To follow up about it — replying, and where relevant contacting you about the service you enquired about. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, which we balance against your rights. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- Analytics — legitimate interests where cookie-free, or your consent where cookies are involved.
Who else sees it
We keep the list of processors deliberately short:
- Netlify — hosts this site and receives form submissions before forwarding them to us.
- Our email provider — receives the submission notification.
- Our analytics provider — as described above and in the cookie notice.
- Google Fonts and unpkg — serve the fonts and icons this site uses. Loading them exposes your IP address to those providers.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build profiles of you across other websites.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the transfer safeguards those providers offer. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland and want the current detail, ask through the contact form and we will tell you plainly.
How long we keep it
Lead records are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. [Confirm the exact retention period before launch.] Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it elsewhere in a portable form. You can also withdraw consent where consent is what we relied on.
Send the request through our contact form and we will action it. If you are in the EU or UK and think we have got it wrong, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting people whose data we already hold will be told to them directly.
